Born from Fiano grapes cultivated at 90 metres above sea level, in vineyards exposed to the tramontana winds that ensure a dry and breezy climate. The harvest takes place in the second ten days of September, when the grapes have reached the perfect balance between acidity and aromatic ripeness.
After pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins for approximately 3 hours at 8–10°C: a pre-fermentative cryomaceration that enhances the aromatic profile. It is then drained without pressing to obtain exclusively free-run must. Alcoholic fermentation, carried out at 14°C for approximately 20 days, preserves freshness and aromas. This is followed by 4 months of ageing on fine lees in stainless steel and a further 4 months in bottle.
The result is a wine with an intense straw yellow colour, with floral and tropical fruit notes on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a finish of almond and white-fleshed fruit. Balanced and convivial in character.

We adored our stay here! The property is absolutely stunning, the staff were really friendly and the food was delicious! We loved starting our day with the most amazing croissants, bread and olive oil, and ending our day by the pool with a glass of wine. Masseria ma anche azienda vinicola. Personale gentilissimo con possibilità di degustazione di vini e prodotti di loro produzione. Belli i vigneti, la corte interna e la piscina vista mare.
