Born from Negroamaro grapes cultivated at 68 metres above sea level, just a few kilometres from the coast. The rows, oriented from north to south, benefit from the tramontana winds that maintain a dry microclimate and temper the summer heat.
Part of the production — around 30% — undergoes on-vine drying through peduncle twisting, a technique that concentrates aromas and structure. After the harvest in the first ten days of October, the grapes are vinified together with temperature-controlled fermentation at 24–26°C for approximately 10 days, with frequent pump-overs and délestage.
Six months of ageing in French oak barriques completes the wine’s profile: an intense ruby red, with notes of ripe red fruit, liquorice, coffee and chocolate. On the palate it is enveloping, with a full body that is never aggressive. Balanced and elegant.

We adored our stay here! The property is absolutely stunning, the staff were really friendly and the food was delicious! Masseria ma anche azienda vinicola. Personale gentilissimo con possibilità di degustazione di vini e prodotti di loro produzione. Belli i vigneti, la corte interna e la piscina vista mare.
